In the web version of WhiteBIT

1. Send a letter with your request to our email support@whitebit-tr.com

2. Write to us in the online chat. To do this, click on the button in the lower right corner of the browser.

3. Navigate to the “Help” panel: 

  • Click on “Create a Ticket” to create a ticket or create a ticket by following the link: https://help.whitebit-tr.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new
  • Click on “My Tickets” to check your previously created tickets.
  • Call us at the following numbers:
