If you forgot “Description” while making a bank transfer (Havale or EFT) you will still be able to get your deposit.
Let’s quickly walk you through the steps so we can help you:
1. First you need to create a ticket and choose “Deposit” for your ticket category;
2. Provide the TXID of your deposit in which you forgot your “Description” while sending your funds.
3. Go to your banking app and find the bank transfer (Havale or EFT) you sent to “WHİTEBİT TURKEY TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ” and get a copy of your bank statement clearly showing your transfer and transfer amount to WhiteBIT TR.
4. Once you have attached/included all required information, “Submit” your ticket with the button at the bottom of the page.
