WhiteBIT TR users are able to withdraw TRY from our exchange to their personal bank account using the Fibabanka payment system.

How to withdraw TRY from WhiteBIT TR using Fibabanka via website? 

In order to make a withdrawal with Fibabanka on the website, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances” — “Total”/“Main” button.

2. Press “Withdraw” in the line opposite the Turkish lira currency ticker (TRY).

3. After that, we get to the TRY withdrawal page. Select the payment system Fibabanka and click on it.

4. Specify your IBAN (international bank account number) and the withdrawal amount (the available TRY amount on your balance will be displayed above). Activate the “Include fee in amount” slider and agree to the User Agreement. Make sure that all the data is correct and click on the “Continue” yellow button.

Please note that you can only withdraw to bank accounts registered in your name. Information on fees and minimum/maximum withdrawal amount is available by clicking on the button. You can also read this information on the “Fees” page. There is no fee on TRY Fibabanka withdrawals and from our side. 

The available daily limit for TRY withdrawals via the Fibabanka payment system is displayed on the withdrawal page. If you use a Fibabanka (TRY) account instead, you will be able to complete your transactions 24/7. 

5. After completing all the necessary steps, you have to confirm the withdrawal. You will receive an email with a confirmation code that will be valid for 180 seconds. In addition, if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) installed, you will need to enter the code from the authenticator application you are using to confirm your withdrawal.

Done! You’ve made a TRY withdrawal. You can follow the status of the transaction in the “History” — “Withdrawals” tab. 

How to withdraw TRY from WhiteBIT TR using Fibabanka via mobile app? 

In order to make a withdrawal with Fibabanka in application, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the “Wallet” tab. Choose “Total” or “Main” section.
2. Find the currency by the “TRY” ticker and click on it. Or select the “Withdraw” option and select TRY from the list of currencies.
3. Choose the “Fibabanka” provider in the withdrawal form.
4. Specify your IBAN (international bank account number) and the withdrawal amount (the available TRY amount on your balance will be displayed above). Activate the “Include fee in amount” slider and agree to the User Agreement. Make sure that all the data is correct and click on the “Continue” button.
