We are pleased to announce the introduction of new deposit and withdrawal methods on WhiteBIT TR. Users of WhiteBIT TR can now easily withdraw TRY from the exchange directly to their personal bank accounts via the Turkiye Finans payment system.

In order to withdraw TRY using Turkiye Finans, please follow step-by-step guide:

1. Go to the main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances” — “Total”/“Main” button.

2. Press “Withdraw” in the line opposite the Turkish lira currency ticker (TRY).

3. TRY withdrawal window will open in your browser. Select  Turkiye Finans payment provider.
4. Specify your IBAN (international bank account number) and the withdrawal amount (the available TRY amount on your balance will be displayed above). Activate the “Include fee in amount” slider and agree to the User Agreement. Make sure that all the data is correct and click on the “Continue” yellow button.

Please note that you can only withdraw to bank accounts registered in your name. Information on fees and minimum/maximum withdrawal amount is available by clicking on the button. You can also read this information on the “Fees” page. There is no fee on TRY Turkiye Finans withdrawals and from our side. 

The available daily limit for TRY withdrawals via the Turkiye Finans payment system is displayed on the withdrawal page.

5. After completing all the necessary steps, you have to confirm the withdrawal. You will receive an email with a confirmation code that will be valid for 180 seconds. In addition, if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) installed, you will need to enter the code from the authenticator application you are using to confirm your withdrawal.

Done! You’ve made a TRY withdrawal. You can follow the status of the transaction in the “History” — “Withdrawals” tab. 

How to withdraw TRY from WhiteBIT TR using Turkiye Finans via mobile app?

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do this in the app:

1. Go to the “Wallet” tab. Choose “Total” or “Main” section.
2. Find the currency by the “TRY” ticker and click on it. Or select the “Withdraw” option and select TRY from the list of currencies.
3. Choose the “Turkiye Finans” provider in the withdrawal form.
4. Specify your IBAN (international bank account number) and the withdrawal amount (the available TRY amount on your balance will be displayed above). Activate the “Include fee in amount” slider and agree to the User Agreement. Make sure that all the data is correct and click on the “Continue” button.

Please note that transactions made between 9.00 and 16.45 (UTC) on weekdays are completed on the same day, and withdrawals made on weekends and holidays are completed on the first business day following.
