Depositing TRY into the WhiteBIT TR application is one of the ways to start trading on our exchange.
You can follow the instructions for successful deposits:
1. Go to the deposit page in the application
Click the “Deposit” button on the main page of the application. Or go to the “Wallet” tab on the bottom right and click the “Deposit” button.
2. Select the currency
To select Turkish Lira (TRY), you can click on TRY from the list or type TRY in the search bar.
3. Select your bank
On the TRY deposit page, select the bank that you want to deposit from under the payment providers tab and continue.
Select the bank you want to deposit from. If your bank is not listed as a provider, please select the “Diğer Bankalar”.
4. Enter the amount and check the fees
Enter the amount you want to deposit in the “Amount” section. You can see your fee (if any) in the fee section at the bottom of the page.
Please note: For all amounts of 100,000 TRY and above, transfers will be processed during bank working hours.
5. Copy the payment details
Continue by pressing the yellow button labelled “Generate and send payment” at the bottom of the page. You will see the payment details there.
Copy the payment details on the page and enter them on your bank’s transfer page. Make sure you enter the beneficiary name, IBAN and description section correctly. Otherwise, your deposit may not be completed or may be returned.
Please note that the description code for each payment is different and unique. Therefore, before each deposit, you need to enter the amount you want to deposit and create the payment again.
6. Perform the transaction from your bank
On your banking application deposit page, enter the amount you specified earlier, along with the beneficiary name, IBAN and deposit description. Then confirm the payment. Since the transactions are supported by FAST, your payment will be credited to your account within a few minutes.
You can view your payment in your main balance or check the details on the History page in the Wallet section.

I forgot to enter the description code during the deposit process, what should I do?
If you did not enter the description code during the transfer, send your transaction receipt (in PDF) and your request to our e-mail address support@whitebit-tr.com.
