On the Fees page, you can find detailed information about trading, deposit and withdrawal fees.
In this article, we will review the functionality and available information on this page.
Trading fees
By selecting the Trading fees section, you can view fees for spot trading (taker - a participant who executes an existing order from the order book, and maker - a participant who places a new order in the order book that is not executed immediately).
Spot trading fees may vary for some pairs, but they never exceed the percentages specified in this section.
Please note that spot trading fees are charged at the moment the order is executed. The fee amount depends on whether the taker or maker rate applies to the order at the moment of execution.
The fee asset depends on the order type:
- Buy Order: The fee is paid in stock (the asset you are buying).
Example: When buying WBT in the WBT/BTC market, the fee is charged in WBT.
- Sell Order: The fee is paid in money (the asset you receive after selling).
Example: When selling WBT in the WBT/BTC market, the fee is charged in BTC.
Cryptocurrency
This section provides information on fees and minimum deposit and withdrawal limits for each cryptocurrency available on the exchange, in each supported network. Depositing cryptocurrency is free on our exchange, except for certain assets such as Hoge Finance.
If a network is not specified, it means the exchange supports that coin in only one network. You can check this by going to the Balances page (Main or General) and hovering over the chain icon next to the asset. You can also find this information in the Deposit and Withdrawal windows.
Stablecoins
In this section, you can view the fees and limits for stablecoin deposits and withdrawals.
A stablecoin is a cryptocurrency that has its value pegged to a national currency, for example, USDT, USDC, or UAHg. Please pay attention to the Name column, as it specifies the network for deposits and withdrawals. The fee amount for the same stablecoin may vary depending on the network used.
National Currency
This section provides information on fees and limits for fiat currency deposits and withdrawals, such as TRY. The Name column displays the payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Fees may vary depending on the method.
Let’s look at an example with TRY.
TRY Diger Bankalar: TRY represents the currency, while Diger Bankalar indicates the payment provider.
Deposit/Withdrawal fee: There are no fees for deposits and withdrawals for now.
Minimum/Maximum Deposit and Withdrawal limits per transaction: A minimum of 10 TRY and a maximum of 1,000,000 TRY can be deposited. For withdrawals, the minimum is 10 TRY while the maximum is 500,000 TRY.
The fees displayed in the Withdrawal window
It is also important to check the fees displayed in the Withdrawal window.
For example, on the screenshot you can see the USDC withdrawal window. A toggle labeled "Include the fee in amount", which determines the amount the recipient will receive depending on the amount that is debited from your balance:
• If the toggle is deactivated, the fee will be deducted separately from your balance.
• If the toggle is activated, the fee will be deducted from the amount you enter in the "Amount" field.
