Users of WhiteBIT TR can now easily withdraw USD from the exchange directly to their personal bank accounts via the Türkiye Finans payment system.

In order to withdraw USD using Türkiye Finans, please follow the step-by-step guide:

1. Go to the main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances” — “Total”/“Main” button.

2. Press “Withdraw” in the line opposite the USD ticker.
   
   
3. The USD withdrawal window will open in your browser. Select the Türkiye Finans payment provider.
4. Specify your IBAN (international bank account number) and the withdrawal amount (the available USD amount on your balance will be displayed above). Activate the “Include fee in amount” slider and agree to the User Agreement. Make sure that all the data is correct and click on the “Continue” yellow button.

Please note that you can only withdraw to bank accounts registered in your name. Information on fees and minimum/maximum withdrawal amounts is available by clicking on the button. You can also read this information on the “Fees” page. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USD and the maximum is 30000 USD. There is no fee on USD Türkiye Finans withdrawals from our side.

5. After completing all the necessary steps, you have to confirm the withdrawal. You will receive an email with a confirmation code that will be valid for 180 seconds. In addition, if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) installed, you will need to enter the code from the authenticator application you are using to confirm your withdrawal.

Done! You’ve made a USD withdrawal. You can follow the status of the transaction in the “History” — “Withdrawals” tab. 

How to withdraw USD from WhiteBIT TR using Türkiye Finans via mobile app?

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do this in the app:

1. Go to the “Wallet” tab. Choose “Total” or “Main” section.
2. Find the currency by the “USD” ticker and click on it. Or select the “Withdraw” option and select USD from the list of currencies.
3. Choose the “Türkiye Finans” provider in the withdrawal form.

Please note that transactions made between 9.00 and 16.45 (UTC) on weekdays are completed on the same day, and withdrawals made on weekends and holidays are completed on the first business day following.
