KYB is a verification process for users who are applying for a business account on WhiteBIT TR. Successful completion of KYB is a mandatory requirement for opening a corporate account on our exchange. What is KYB for?

A corporate account is usually opened by legal entities to manage the company's finances. This option allows you to separate your personal and business accounts.

On a corporate account, a company can trade with funds received from its own activities, invest in cryptocurrencies, receive payment for its services in cryptocurrency and national currency in order to interact with its internal financial processes and counterparties.

A legal entity provides us with a complete list of documents to be thoroughly reviewed during the KYB process.

How to pass KYB in the web version?

We would like to emphasise that successful KYC verification is a prerequisite for KYB verification of your account. You can complete KYC verification by going to the “Verification” tab.

In order to pass KYB verification in the web version, you have to follow these instructions:

1. Log in to WhiteBIT. Then click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the website and go to the “KYB” tab.
2. Click on the “Get link” button to generate a KYB verification form.

Please note: You can also copy and share the verification link with people within your company so that they can enter the required data into the form. This way, each employee can provide their own documents and information.

3. Press the “Open verification link” button. Follow the link to see the KYB verification form.

Please note: The link is valid for 2 months. A new link will automatically be generated after this period.

4. Fill in the form with the required information about you and your company. After that, click on the “Submit” button. Your request will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate department for further processing.

How to pass KYB in a mobile app?

In order to pass the KYB verification process in the WhiteBIT TR mobile application, please follow the below-mentioned instructions:

1. Log in to the mobile app. Then click on the profile icon in the upper left corner of the application. Choose the “KYB” section.
2. Click on the “Generate link” button to generate a form for KYB verification.

Please note: You can also copy and share the verification link with people within your company so that they can enter the required data into the form. This way, each employee can provide their own documents and information.

3. Click on the “Open verification link” button. You can access the KYB verification form by following the link.

4. Fill in the form with the necessary information about you and your company. After that, click the “Submit” button. Your request will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate department.

Track the status of your application in the “KYB” section.

Please note: It can take up to 5 working days to process a KYB verification request. However, sometimes the verification process may take longer if we need any additional information from the user.
