This article will guide you through the process of withdrawing your reward in USDT to your bank account in TRY.

Transfer funds to the trade balance

In order for you to be able to exchange cryptocurrency for TRY, you need to transfer funds from your main balance to your trade balance. To do this, please follow our instructions:

1. Go to the “Balances” section.

2. Find the asset you want to transfer (e.g., USDT).

3. Click on the “Transfer” button next to that asset.

4. In the transfer window, select “Main balance → Trade balance” as the transfer direction.

5. Enter the amount of the asset you want to move to your Trade balance.
6. Confirm the transfer.

Convert reward to TRY

If the reward is in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) and your bank account accepts only fiat currency (TRY) you’ll need to convert it. There are two ways to do this:

• place a sell order for USDT in the USDT_TRY pair;
• use the convert function.

How to place an order to sell USDT?

1. Go to the “Trade — Spot” section on WhiteBIT TR.

2. Search for the trading pair that matches your reward cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) and the fiat currency you need (TRY).

3. Place an order to sell USDT by selecting one of the order types. Don’t forget to enter the required data: price, amount of coins/tokens (for stop orders, the stop price is also required).

How to use the convert feature?

1. Go to the “Trade — Convert” section.

2. Enter the cryptocurrency you want to exchange (USDT) in the “Give” field and TRY in the “Receive” field.

If you want to transfer (TRY) from the trade to the main balance on WhiteBIT TR, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the “Balances” section.

2. Find the TRY.

3. Click on the “Transfer” button next to that asset.

4. In the transfer window, select “Trade balance → Main balance” as the transfer direction.

5. Enter the amount of the asset you want to move to your Main balance.
6. Confirm the transfer.

Withdraw funds to your bank account

Once your reward has been converted to fiat currency, you can proceed with the withdrawal:

1. Navigate to the “Balances” section and select the fiat currency you want to withdraw (TRY).

2. Click on “Withdraw” and choose one of the withdrawal methods.

3. Enter the withdrawal amount and IBAN of your bank account.
4. Review the transaction details, including withdrawal fees, and confirm the withdrawal.

Monitor the withdrawal

Bank transfers typically take a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. You can monitor the status of your withdrawal:

1. Go to the “Withdrawal history” section in your WhiteBIT TR account.

2. Look for your withdrawal request and check its status.
