Welcome to our exchange! Congratulations on successfully completing your registration and "Identity Verification" (KYC) process. You are now ready to trade on our platform. We have prepared this article to guide you through the steps after this stage.
This guide is specially designed for beginners and aims to make your first experience on our exchange smooth and secure. Inside, you will find the first practical steps you need to take to use our platform effectively, as well as information about the basic legal regulations and compliance requirements you should know in the digital asset markets.
Security
To ensure the security of your account, it is recommended that you visit the Security tab on the Settings page to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and create a Passkey for each of your devices.
On the same tab, you can also access other functions such as Device Management, Login History, and Saved Cards.

Bank Verification
To benefit from other functions on our exchange, including withdrawals, you need to complete a bank verification. For this, you need to deposit any amount of TRY. You can find the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts for TRY on this page: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts

Legal regulations regarding withdrawal
72-Hour Withdrawal Wait: You cannot perform withdrawal transactions within 72 hours of opening your account (even if you have already completed bank verification). After 72 hours, if your bank verification is complete, you can perform your withdrawal transactions.
48-Hour Crypto Withdrawal Wait: In light of current regulations, for crypto withdrawals, 48 hours must pass since the last transaction (deposit or trading) of the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw to another address.
For example, you deposited TRY and bought USDT with it. To withdraw this USDT to another address, you must wait 48 hours from the time of the last trade (including the converter). If you perform another trade with the same cryptocurrency amount during this time (e.g., USDT -> BTC), you will need to wait another 48 hours.
This waiting period also applies to newly deposited cryptocurrencies from another exchange.
Important: We recommend that you do not perform any transactions with the cryptocurrency amount you wish to withdraw. Otherwise, you will have to wait another 48 hours.
Stablecoin Limits: The transaction limits for withdrawals of crypto assets aimed at maintaining a stable value (i.e., stablecoins) are as follows:
- Daily Limit: Equivalent of 3,000 USD
- Monthly Limit: Equivalent of 50,000 USD

Travel Rule
You must fill in the Travel Rule information for your deposit transactions to be successfully identified with your account. You can find the Travel Rule verification as a "Verify" button in the details of your deposit on your History page.

Demo Token
You can improve yourself in crypto trading by using our demo tokens to better understand our exchange's trading terminal or to gain experience in cryptocurrency trading.
To get a Demo Token, go to the Codes page and click the "Get Demo Token" button on the right. You can then practice by activating DUSTB and DBTC codes.

Balances
Please note that there are two different balances on our exchange: Main and Trading. Newly deposited assets appear in the Main balance. If you want to use these assets for spot trading, you need to transfer them to the Trading balance using the "Transfer" button on the Balances page.
Do not forget that you need to transfer the assets you want to withdraw back to the Main balance.
